Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Providing effective customer service on spare parts enquiries, availability and delivery status
- Prepare spare part quotations
- Pack and Dispatch goods effectively to ensure zero damage to goods during transit
- Conduct weekly inventory reconciliation between Hanel and Netsuite
- Responsibility for the upkeep and maintenance of all warehouse plant and equipment, eg. Forklift/ Truck.
- Assist with accounts and administration duties as required
- Experience in a service business or other related industries
- A forklift license (compulsory)
- Previous customer service experience (preferable)
- Computer literacy & knowledge around MS Office
