- Bringing to life within retail channels the activity plans to support new product launches, brand and sponsorship campaigns, as well as managing all consumer promotions
- Working closely with retailers, sales team, brand managers, product management team, internal stakeholders
- Coordinating launches and execution of campaign activity within retail channels
- Improving and monitoring category/brand performance within key retail channels
- Manage marketing agencies to ensure all activities are in line with key brand and marketing strategies
- Degree in Marketing or a Business discipline
- Currently a Trade Marketing Manager OR Channel Manager
- Strong Digital acumen - data management, audience targeting, cost efficiency
- Outstanding organisational skills & interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to think strategically and implement vision / direction across teams
- Understand and can implement digital strategies
- Ability to lead cross functional internal team members and work closely with external business partners
