We have a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Support Officer position based at Samsung Electronics Australia.
- Provide post and pre-sales technical support for mobile products
- Monitor and develop product quality information, weekly and monthly
- Report and evaluate results of testing of new products prior to market launch
- Work close with service centres through technical and training support
- Product technical bulletins
- Maintain records for factory feedback and management reporting
- Support B2B sales and manage B2B technical support
- Ability to liaise with product managers on new products and conduct initial quality batch sampling
- Demonstrated 3-5 years experience in electronics industry/telecommunications
- PC literate and quick learner
- Strong communication skills and excellent phone manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Hold a valid NSW driver's licence
- Able to travel interstate and overseas if necessary
