Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will have a focus on building strong customer and stakeholder relationships along with mentoring a team.

You will be responsible for:
  • Managing the activities of helpdesk team/ technical support members
  • Act as an escalation point for any issues/queries
  • Manage lifestyle process for any 3rd party maintenance
  • Training & coaching
  • Reporting
Skills/Experience:
  • Previous technical / operations experience
  • Team Leading experience, mentoring / coaching a team
  • Strong reporting & analytical skills
  • The ability to liaise with various stakeholders
  • Self-starter approach is required for this business!
