Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will have a focus on building strong customer and stakeholder relationships along with mentoring a team.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing the activities of helpdesk team/ technical support members
- Act as an escalation point for any issues/queries
- Manage lifestyle process for any 3rd party maintenance
- Training & coaching
- Previous technical / operations experience
- Team Leading experience, mentoring / coaching a team
- Strong reporting & analytical skills
- The ability to liaise with various stakeholders
- Self-starter approach is required for this business!
