This newly created role will see you taking on the responsibility of managing a team of 12 Outbound Call Center Specialists - who are working with warm to hot leads. This is a key position as the focus is to help develop and implement KPI's and drive results and growth. A vital aspect of this position is to train, coach, develop and grow the team in confidence and experience.
Key selection criteria:
- Previous Team Leader / 2IC experience gained in a Call Center / Customer Service Center - preferably outbound.
- Proven track record in training / coaching and mentoring of teams
- Customer focused and results driven - analyzing and reporting on statistics
- Demonstrated commitment to best practice
