people2people are collaborating with the NSW Government who are currently seeking a Team Coordinator for a 2 month assignment located in Sydney's Inner West.

THE ROLE

In this role, you will be providing administrative support to three teams and a Director within this branch. Duties will include:
  • Undertaking diary management, planning meetings and overall team coordination
  • Performing secretariat duties for meetings
  • Planning events and preparing information and logistics
  • Preparing and monitoring invoices and expense reports
  • Electronic document management and tracking of the team projects and activities

ABOUT YOU

To be eligible for this role you must have:
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally within the NSW government
  • Great interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proactive and team-oriented individual with a sense of humour
  • Outstanding organisational skills
