people2people are collaborating with an insurance giant who are seeking a Team Administrator to join them for a 10 week assignment located in the Sydney CBD.


This role will involve providing a range of administrative services and support to a team, including heavy event and diary coordination.
  • Working with diverse stakeholders, you will be organising meetings and events for the team
  • Preparing correspondence, agendas and taking & distribution of minutes for meetings
  • Responding to enquiries via phone, email and face to face
  • Completing financial and purchasing transactions, ensuring compliance with processes and policies as well as collating invoices and managing payments
  • Maintaining accurate records, including word processing, data entry and tracking correspondence


To be eligible for this role you must have:
  • Previous experience in a similar role with heavy event and meeting coordination
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and make judgement calls regarding sensitive information
  • Excellent prioritisation skills
