A rare opportunity now exists for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a financial services company based in Sydney's CBD. Working closely with and reporting directly to the People & Culture Manager, your core focus will be to review, build and deliver on the people & retention strategy. Your day to day will include:

Responsibilities:
  • Building and developing strong stakeholder relationships with the wider P&C team as well as business leaders
  • Building the talent attraction and retention strategy to achieve overall business objectives through its people
  • Coach and up skill business managers on recruitment strategy
  • Manage and develop vendor and supplier relationships
  • Be part of the talent management system upgrade 
To be considered for interview, you must have:
  • Demonstrable experience in crafting recruitment strategy and delivering on high-volume corporate services recruitment requirements
  • A drive for achieving excellence and exceeding set targets and goals
  • The ability to be agile and flexible in line with changing business needs
  • A passion for contributing to business improvement
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills 
  • High attention to detail
