The client I am working with operates as a unique education provider that focuses on pathway programs which aim to transition students for success within their year program and into their professional careers. They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their recruitment team in their Melbourne office on a temporary 6-week basis with the opportunity of extension.

Reporting to the Manager of recruitment you will be assisting with:

  • Recruitment Administration for VIC

  • Phone screening, resume screening & managing job advertisements

  • Interviewing both face-to-face and through video systems

  • Reference checking

  • Administration support including scanning and data entry

To be successful in this position you will have:

  • At least 2 years experience in recruitment administration experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Confidence liaising with all levels of staff over the phone, email and face to face

  • Ability to take initiative and assist with other projects when needed

  • Confident with technology and computer savvy

  • Exposure to Education industry ideal but not essential
