Subject Matter Expert – Property and or Facilities Management

Based in Sydney CBD, this property giant is implementing a holistic integrated work management system, spanning across property, facilities, space, project, record, WH&S as well as environmental and sustainability management. They are now looking to hire one or two people to join their team to focus on different modules of the software, either property or facilities management ensure best practices are met.

Reporting to the Program Manager, this contract will initially be for 6 months with a view to be extended for up to another 12 months depending on how to project is tracking. During this time, you will apply your extensive knowledge of facilities or property management and inform the business of requirements to ensure that business configuration, functionality and reporting requirements are captured. You will identify improvement modifications opportunities and oversea data migration, conversions and take responsibility during the user acceptance testing phase. You will mentor, train, and coach others in the business on how to get the best out of the new system and work with the Change Manager to ensure that the new product is well understood.

Your extensive facilities or property management experience coupled with previous implementation of commercial large-scale facility or property, investment, asset management or accounting systems i.e Tririga, Maximo, Manhattan, MRI, Yardi or something similar would be ideal.
