This national education services provider delivers high quality training in a variety of industry specialisations, and are now seeking an experienced Student Services Officer to join the team on an ongoing basis. This exciting opportunity is to commence immediately, and would suit candidates who live in the Bayside area as the role is based in Frankston.

The Student Services Officer will demonstrate a passion for assisting students, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed effectively. The right candidate will also be responsible for providing information, feedback, and guidance to students from the point of enrolment. As such, previous administration management experience in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) is paramount, along with extensive knowledge of the VET industry

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering and resolving any enquiries from students and stakeholders
  • Assisting with the setup of products and uniforms
  • Altering timetable change requests, including swapping classes/changing campuses
  • Managing withdrawals
  • Relief reception when required
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and management.

You will possess:

  • Solid administration management experience in a RTO
  • Extensive knowledge of the VET industry and VET FEE- HELP Scheme or Victorian Training Guarantee
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A keen problem solver,
  • Completion of Cert IV in Training and Assessment or Cert IV in Customer Contact or Business Administration would be advantageous
