A global organisation is looking to engage an experienced Spare Parts Officer. The successful Spare Parts Officer will be offered a long term contract at a rewarding hourly rate.  


THE ROLE 

An opportunity for a highly personable Spare Parts Officer to process the missing retailers spare part. You will also be responsible for monitoring daily back orders, cancellation and reconciliation of the parts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process SAW PARTS cases
  • Daily phone call service to ASC
  • Monitoring SNA/DNA parts daily 
  • Monthly/Weekly reporting to management
  • Ad hoc duties and projects as required

ABOUT YOU
  • 2 years within a Spare Parts administration function
  • Degree of diploma in related field desired
  • SAP experience desired
  • Advanced excel skills
