As they continue to grow, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Spare Parts Officer to join this busy environment, playing a key part in ensuring efficient purchasing and inventory control of the organisation's spare parts division.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ordering and generating purchase orders
- Managing inventory levels for the spare parts division
- Processing spare parts claims/ refund cases
- Call centre reports
- Back order checking
- Provide customer service to third parties in regards to spare parts request
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a similar spare parts position
- Intermediate Excel skills (v lookup)
- SAP experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
