As the organisation continues to grow, an exciting contract opportunity has become available for a Social Media Service enthusiast to join the team. This role is part of Service division that looks after the service component of social media channels.

Your responsibilities
  • Responding to posts and private messages that comes through social media channels
  • Utilising current on-line capabilities
  • Monitoring traffic of comments and posts that comes through campaigns and ads
  • Escalating cases where relevant
  • Addressing any department related concerns
  • Liaising with other divisions concerned to ensure customer inquiry is responded in full

  • Great personal use and understanding of social media platforms
  • Strong vocabulary and grammar
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid organisational skills
