The Opportunity

Reporting to the Repair Centre Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact between the Technical Services team andernal/external customers. Your key areas of accountability will include; 
  • Handling all incoming call inquiries for the team
  • Booking repair jobs with customers through the relevant systems
  • Organising repaired items to be dispatched and returned to customers
  • Receipting and checking off all incoming parts
  • Management of team email and responding to customers in a timely manner
  • Liaising with customers to obtain purchase orders for quoted repair jobs
  • Participating in team meetings and regular presentations to the wider business
  • Ad-hoc reporting and administrative tasks as required

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated, organised individual with a customer service focus.You will also have;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a high technology environment with multiple systems
  • An understanding of administrative tasks and processes
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Advanced comprehension skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong initiative with the ability to work autonomously
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Experience in a similar position is preferred but not essential
