THE ROLE
In this role, you will lead the mapping and training of network programs identifying educational opportunities and resources for implementations across NSW.
- Manage and lead the end-to-end project facilitation of learning and training programs for multiple internal staff whilst ensuring best "practice" for the department
- Tailoring whilst utilising internal training programs as well as sourcing external educational facilities that would benefit the appropriate staff
- Liaise with internal (managers and leaders) and external (educational and training providers) stakeholders
- Report on all aspects of the project to senior internal stakeholders providing in-depth evaluation of expenditures
ABOUT YOU
To be eligible for this role you must:
- Previous experience working in health and educational related business management
- High level stakeholder communication and consultation skills (written and verbal)
- Comprehensive project and program management experience
- Demonstrated understanding of educational and training programs
