A well-known leading litigation law firm based in the heart of the CBD are seeking a Senior Legal Personal Assistant to support the Practice Group Leader of their Dispute Resolution practice group.

As a Senior Legal Personal Assistant to the Practice Group Leader, you will be an integral member of the office and work closely with other management and as the Dispute Resolution group is made up of five specialist teams, you will also liaise with the team leaders and fee earners respectively.
This Executive Assistant position will demand high organisational and communication skills and you must possess experience support for management.
Your duties will vary across management tasks and general litigation duties depending on the needs of this Partner's practice day to day. This practice consult upon large value litigation matters and therefore proven experience within a litigation group is mandatory.
Your general responsibilities will include:
- Telephone management and answering queries
- Extensive diary and travel arrangement (mostly domestic, some international)
- Email management
- Preparing video conferences
- Processing end of month billing
- Dictaphone typing
- Prepare briefs, bundles, documents and letters
- Liaising with clients over the phone and in person
The successful candidate will be an experienced Legal Secretary, EA/ PA or Legal Assistant who has provided Personal Assistant support to management and has a wealth of experience within a litigation group.
On a personal level, we are seeking a Senior Legal Personal Assistant who is polished, proactive and outgoing. You must be confident in communicating with personnel across all levels and be IT literate. It is imperative that you are a confident team player who has the ability to be autonomous and ultimately, someone who has a real energy and enthusiasm.
