This boutique firm are located in the Sydney CBD close to Town Hall station so convenient location to travel to. They are a full service firm which specialise in plaintiff personal injury. The have a great team which works well together and enjoy Friday night drinks together.
This is a newly created role due to growth in the firm. You will be supporting the Managing Principal and founder of the firm who is very well-regarded in the industry. This role is a 1:1 support role and is more of a co-ordination rather than traditional secretary role which is a great opportunity to make it your own. You will act as the gate keeper for the firm and some of your responsibilities will include:
  • Diary management
  • Lots of travel booking
  • Liaising with clients
  • Email management
  • Minimal billing & dictaphone
To be considered for this role you will have experience in the legal industry ideally as a senior legal secretary or as a personal assistant. You will be able to use your own initiative and work autonomously when the Principal is out of the office. You will also:
  • Demonstrate that you can prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Have great communication and organisational skills
  • Be friendly, approachable and outgoing
