Join a leading manufacturing business based on the North Shore who supplies and distributes materials across the globe within the industrial sector who are seeking a Customer Service Representative on a 12-month contract.

Work closely with an established team whilst they transition their current systems to SAP. Be involved in the following tasks:
    • Process orders & arranging deliveries 
    • Liaising with the logistics team around time frames and urgent requests
    • Answer incoming calls along with incoming email orders and enquiries
    • Process invoices/arrange credit request

    To be considered for this role you must have:
      • Strong customer service & co-ordination skills
      • Proven previous experience within a similar role  
      • Strong SAP system skills
      • Experience working under pressure and strong communication skills
      • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
      • Flexible working hours
      • Monthly birthday celebrations
      • Located next to public transport
      • Kitchen in the office with snacks and coffee provided
      • Opportunity for a permanent position
      • 10.5% superannuation
