Senior Administrative Coordinator

Salary: $25 - $55 per hour
people2people are working closely with the NSW Government who are seeking a Senior Administration Coordinator on an initial 12 month assignment. The role will require working between the CBD and Kingswood offices.

  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of administrative and support services to ensure the business needs of the unit are met
  • Prepare reports on business unit performance and make recommendations to improve efficiency, cost management and service delivery
  • Facilitate the delivery of business operations to agreed standards
  • Address and resolve complex enquiries, including escalations in a timely manner
  • Develop, implement, review and update administrative systems and processes and policies to ensure compliance

  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills 
  • Extensive experience in the coordination and provision of administration and support services within a large organisation
  • Proven ability to balance the service needs of unit staff consistently in a high volume work environment
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to address unforeseen issues
  • Ability to work within a complex team environment and communicate with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working within a Government Department is highly regarded
