Scheduling and Client Administrator

people2people are working closely with the NSW Government who are currently seeking a Scheduling and Client Administrator on an initial 5 month assignment in Parramatta with a view to extend.  

THE ROLE
 
  • You will be working in a high performing, driven team 
  • You will be looking after a large number of contractors who are out on the field by preparing schedules, reports and monitoring data & performance
  • Build and maintain positive and professional relationship with contractors
  • Delivering accurate and timely information to customers and team when processing requests and complaints
  • Negotiate with customers and team to resolve and conflicts
  • Using initiative to improve processes, procedures and other projects
  • Prioritising work load while dealing with difficult customers
  • The role will require some travel so a driver's licence is required
  • Creating complex reports on Excel

ABOUT YOU
 
  • Has a current Driver's licence (vehicle will be provided)
  • Ability to negotiate, problem solve and resolve conflict with difficult customers
  • Previous experience in customer service with Field Services operations, Facilities Maintenance or Service Delivery 
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Analytical thinker with high attention to detail
  • Advanced computer skills, especially in MS Office, with Excel and Access highly regarded
  • Enthusiastic, supportive and positive team member
