The Role

  • Manage customer delivery schedules
  • Handle customer enquiries
  • Provide administrative support to our sales team
  • Maintain online pricing information
  • Provide training support to our customers
  • Promote Acer's range of products and services

The Individual

  • Ability to deal with a variety of Retail & Distribution clients - you will have a strong understanding of customer relations, possess professional telephone manners, and be responsive to customer enquiries.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a customer service environment and the ability to learn new IT systems would be an advantage
  • An understanding of the sales order process and a strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Web based tools)
  • Good team player who can also work independently and understands prioritisation and work objectives.
