- Manage customer delivery schedules
- Handle customer enquiries
- Provide administrative support to our sales team
- Maintain online pricing information
- Provide training support to our customers
- Promote Acer's range of products and services
- Ability to deal with a variety of Retail & Distribution clients - you will have a strong understanding of customer relations, possess professional telephone manners, and be responsive to customer enquiries.
- At least 2 years' experience in a customer service environment and the ability to learn new IT systems would be an advantage
- An understanding of the sales order process and a strong attention to detail is essential.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Web based tools)
- Good team player who can also work independently and understands prioritisation and work objectives.
