People2people are currently looking for a Sales Support Officer to assist the State Manager and Sales Team as the first point of contact for all telephone, face to face and written queries within the scope of the role.

Your day to day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Maintain up to date master data base in SAP
  • Assist in preparation of local marketing material
  • Assist the sales team in providing accurate quoting and answering enquires
  • Develop systems and improve efficiencies to existing processes within the Sales Department and ensure office management systems are effectively administered to support the State
  • Handle account enquiries from customers
To be successful in this role you will possess:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and initiative to succeed
  • SAP Experience
  • Microsoft Excel - V-look up and pivot tables is essential
  • Excellent time management skills
