An exciting opportunity exists for a Sales / Procurement support person to join one of the largest education focussed IT companies. About you
  • Previous 2 years experience in ICT 
  • Experience in procurement
  • Customer service background 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications and operating systems used in an educational environment 
  • Advanced Excel skills 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal)
  • Have a thorough knowledge of the NZ Primary and Secondary education system 
  • Attention to detail
  • Understanding of margins, exchange rates and product licensing 
  • Build relationships and collaborate with other teams members
  • Able to work without Supervision
  • Multi-tasker 
The Role
To provide procurement support and assistance to the internal teams, ensuring the accuracy of procurement/sales data. Ensure that the process from quote through to invoice is managed accurately and systematically in a timely manner.
