Reporting to the National Sales Manager but working closely with the General Manager you will be responsible for driving sales by liaising with potential students, agents and tertiary institutions. Managing incoming leads, reservations enquiries, attending exhibitions and arranging tours of the facility - you will be the driving force behind generating new business for the Brisbane site.
- Previous sales experience in a B2B and B2C environment or call centre is essential.
- Proven track record in working with incoming leads and converting them to sales - Call Centre experience would be highly advantageous
- Strong communication / interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to your target audience.
- Proven track record in building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
