The Company

This global software solutions business is looking for an enthusiastic and target driven Sales Development Representative to be based in the Sydney CBD. Employees of the business have reviewed it to have a great work culture, friendly and supportive leadership and continuous in-depth training.

About the role

As a key member of the marketing function, you will work to engage prospective and existing clients and will be primarily responsible for qualifying warm leads to be passed onto the sales department. Your day to day will include:
  • Qualify incoming leads
  • Sourcing information for marketing focused campaigns
  • Following up on requests and inquiries for product information
  • Call backs on outbound prospect campaigns
  • Maintaining the CRM
  • Utilising electronic tools to generate prospects

Skills & Experience
 
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or 1+ years outbound phone-based sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport, network and maintain relationships
  • Be highly driven with a strong results focused attitude
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess strong time management skills and high attention to detail
  • Previous experience within a software environment is desirable
