An exciting small business based in West Auckland are looking for a sales and office administrator for an immediate start. The company are a small food manufacturing and distribution company and the growing needs of the business has prompted this position to be made.

The role
This role is perfect for an all-round office administrator who enjoys working within a small business where each day is different to the next. Working within the office team and reporting to the general manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Processing accounts payable and receivable
  • Managing ingredient and stock levels
  • Processing sales orders
  • Dealing with customer and supplier queries
  • Processing payroll
  • Office admin duties

About you
  • Experience with accounts payable and receivable
  • Use of a financial system such as Xero
  • Excel experience is essential with the knowledge of editing and creating formulas
  • Previous work within a small business
  • A good attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
