The Company:

A great opportunity has become available to work for an organisation who makes a substantial difference to the lives of our ageing community. Due to continual growth they require an experienced Roster Coordinator to join their established rostering team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Allocating rostered shifts
  • Filling unplanned shifts in a timely fashion
  • Staff resource forecasting and planning
  • Liaising with a number of stakeholders across multiple sides and providing them with reliable and accurate information

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working as a roster coordinator
  • Demonstrated experience interpreting various awards and EBA's
  • Fantastic time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Outstanding communication skills and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong problem solving skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Experience using the system Time Target, OR experience within the aged care industry
