THE ROLE

This is a full time ongoing temporary position to start ASAP with hours 9 am to 5 pm. As a Room Bookings Coordinator within a Global Top Tier law firm you will be responsible for:

  • Booking meeting rooms for internal and external clients
  • Liaising with clients
  • Reception cover
  • Assisting with client events

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this position to must possess:

  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role (ideally with in legal)
  • Experience booking meeting rooms
  • Professional presentation
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
