Supporting our consumers to enjoy Samsung every step of their way, opportunity for 'Retail Team Leader' has become available in their Highpoint Experience Store, leading and motivating a team of Sales Consultants to provide a Premium Brand Experience through best in class customer service, sales, training, product demonstrations and after sales support.
Reporting to Samsung Retail Stores Area Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Leads by example delivering an exceptional customer experience in all interactions
- Manage and maintain sales results and review with the team
- Build relationships with all retail partners in Shopping Centre to maximise the Samsung Brand Profile
- Looks for opportunities to improve business performance
- Improves the capability of team members through coaching, training and transfer of own knowledge and skills
As the successful candidate, you will have:
- Have a passion for customer service and enthusiasm about improving the customer experience
- Similar retail experience in industry specific sales
- Experience in managing large teams of 20 or more individuals
- Understanding of products from a sales and technical perspective
- Understand the market and competitive landscape
