The role:
Before you hit the sales floor, you will be given product and sales training to help set you up for success. One on the retail floor you will be marketing not only the brand but their array of products to all customers on offer. A key function of this role is to ask questions, listen to the customer about what they want / need and find them the right product to create customer satisfaction.
Selection criteria:
- Previous face to face sales experience - preferably gained on a retail floor.
- High level of motivation, drive and the desire to succeed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Own transport is essential.
- Available and committed to working on Boxing day and every weekend in January - both Saturday and Sunday!
- Great hourly rates offered plus commission on each sale made
- Training provided on product and sales pitch
- Shifts right through to the end of January 2019
- Market a high-end product and brand to the market
