Retail Compliance Coordinator

Salary: $35 - $45 per annum

An opportunity for a Retail Compliance Coordinator to be accountable for the successful execution of all third party roll-out initiatives, ensuring the team and agencies execute to the highest standard where possible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • All roll-out initiatives/activations/launches, which includes:
- Ensuring that all security parts are available for rollout
- Ensuring all POS elements are available for rollout
- Ensuring all retail modes/digital content is available for rollout
- Ensuring all stock is allocated to the correct stores for rollout
  • Security Feedback and Testing
- Testing for new security partners and solutions
- Ensure security for new product launches are tested and presented to the business
  • Maintenance
- Monitoring/maintenance of all Samsung fixtures in stores (Proactive & Reactive) across all channels
- Managing agencies and ensuring there is an SLA in place for issues escalation
- Ensuring that the level of workmanship and professionalism are to Samsung standards
  • Compliance/Execution Program
- Train vendors on the required outcomes for compliance
- Communication packs for accounts during rollout outs

  • Certification/Degree in Business - desired
  • Minimum 2 years' experience ideally in a similar role
  • Ability to demonstrate experience in competency based training programs and assessment
  • Proven ability to extract and translate technical information into appropriate language for the target audiences
  • Presentation experience to groups of 80+
