Supporting our consumers to enjoy Samsung every step of their way, you as the Area Manager will be the role model for the delivery of exceptional customer experience and maximum compliance to effective operating standards. With the goal of increasing product sales and market share, you will train and develop a team of high performing managers and team members as well as communicate and strategize with relevant stakeholders.

Duties and Key Responsibilities:

Customer First Approach
  • Setting a personal example of exceptional customer experience for the team
  • Creating robust plans for product launches and campaigns delivering improved brand store performance
  • Ensuring team members have completed relevant Samsung training to be knowledgeable and skilled in providing the Samsung Customer Experience
Sales and Profit in Branded Stores
  • Management of budgets, and profit and loss margins
  • Go-To-Market product delivery resulting in increased sales
  • Creating opportunities to improve business performance and sales
Branded Stores Management
  • Communicate effectively and regularly to store teams regarding operations, maintenance, sales targets and all other matters
  • Consistently drives the use of tools available to ensure team achieve KPIs and store objectives
  • Ensures 100% compliance to all Samsung standards and Marketing/Branding expectations
Relationship Management
  • Interacting with team members and partners in a positive, professional manner
  • Improving the capability of team members through coaching, training and transfer of own knowledge and skills
  • Managing the performance of team members including performance issues
About you:
  • Passion for technology and experience in retail
  • Minimum 5 successful years of consumer product sales and/or retail store manager experience
  • At least 3 years of people management experience required
  • Understanding of profit and loss ownership and financial analysis
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external partners
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Well defined and proven leadership techniques
  • Strong knowledge of the Telco market and competitive landscape
