Experiencing a strong period of sustained growth this business has an urgent need for contractor that could potentially lead to something permanent. We're targeting an immediately available Reporting Analyst with extensive experience in monitoring payroll and labour hire costs in particular. This role requires someone who is use to working in a fast paced and dynamic environment with a tight weekly reporting schedule.
Working closely between finance and operations your analytical skills will be utilized across the business in providing in-depth analysis and insight into weekly revenue and cost. Pulling data from multiple sources you will aid BU Managers in understanding weekly performance, trends and identify potential 'red flags' and problems before they occur. Much of the cost related information will come from analysis of a highly casual and roster based workforce in a complex legislative environment. Additionally you may be involved in developing financial models and streamlining reporting processes.
Studying towards your CA or CPA (or already qualified) qualified you will possess good commercial skills an aptitude for analysis. You will have similar experience as either a Financial or Reporting Analyst in a fast paced business with a cost focus (retail, manufacturing, transport, logistics, and consumer goods). To be considered you will be comfortable with Excel (min. v-lookups and pivot tables will be considered easy) and able to communicate effectively across all disciplines and levels of management.
