The role

An Experienced Regulatory Affairs/Quality Assurance Associate with pharmaceutical industry background is required for a 12 month contract. Reporting to the domestic Regulatory Affairs Manager you will be responsible for ensuring all regulatory and quality assurance documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely matter.

  • Verification of data and undertake assessments
  • Monitor obligations to regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and manage OTC products ensuring they meet regulatory requirements
  • Create OTC product dossiers and review current registered details
  • Manage the product quality control and product release

The candidate

  • Must have a Science or similar degree
  • Have experience and strong understanding of the TGA and medsafe regulatory authority
  • Previous experience in regulatory affairs position would be highly regarded
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills
  • Project management experience skills
