Registry Officer

people2people are working closely with the NSW Government who are seeking an Registry Officer located in Sydney CBD for an initial 1 month assignment.


In this role, you will be providing a broad range of administrative and support services on behalf of the business unit. 
  • Maintain all incoming and outgoing correspondence for the unit, ensuring all requests are referred accordingly and within the office procedure
  • Manage the unit's records, systems and database via the provided software system ensuring all documents are stored securely and effectively
  • Assist with data service requirements such as preparing matters for hearings and research as required
  • Have strong knowledge surrounding work procedures, practices and policies within the NSW Government  

To be eligible for this role you must have:
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining records via EDRMS and TRIM
  • Strong knowledge in providing secretariat support to committees and working groups
  • Previous experience undertaking projects and research 
  • Relevant knowledge surrounding a business support or administration position
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with great attention to detail
