THE ROLE
As the Regional Property Manager, you will be exposed to a variety of Property based duties to ensure that all policies and procedures are being met to the highest standard whilst carrying the business brand. Some of these duties will include but are not limited to:
- Working closely with internal teams as well as external stakeholders
- Work a high volume portfolio
- Providing guidance, property advice and assistance to team members
- Re-negotiating lease renewals, amendments and terminations
- Resolving issues with landowners as required, with ability to escalate to senior management when necessary
- Managing monthly rent roll
- Focusing on reducing OPEX within the organisations parameters
- Ensuring site records are accurate and all lease obligations fulfilled
ABOUT YOU
To be eligible for this role you must:
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent knowledge in a property related field
- Come from a background with expeirence in dealing with high volume portfolio's and commercial experience.
- Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills
- Great interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of complex lease document terms and conditions
- Resilient with a 'can-do' attitude
