The Opportunity:

Our client is a luxury retailer based in Melbourne's CBD, who have an immediate need for a Recruitment Professional with solid experience to take on a short term assignment to cover leave within the team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will grow your experience in a demanding Human Resources & Talent environment.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the Recruitment function with a primary focus on the end to end recruitment for Retail and Head Office operations

Duties will include but not limited to:
  • Recruitment selection including writing advertisements, screening and interviewing candidates
  • Proactively identify and drive effective sourcing strategies to attract key talent through headhunting
  • Conduct pre-employment checks and reference checks
  • Management of employee files and administrating the database
  • Coordinating offer process and inductions
  • General adhoc administration for the department
About You:
  • At least 2 years' experience within Recruitment / HR Coordinator position
  • Experience in end to end recruitment processes 
  • Experience in fast-paced environment, ideally a retail setting
  • A "can-do' attitude and professional approach to deliver high-quality work
  • Relevant HR Qualification desirable
