The Role
Your role within this Global top - tier law firm will be to support a team of three HR members

Duties and Responsibilities

    • Providing administration support to the HR team
    • Conduct candidate phone screens / interviews
    • Reference check
    • Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets
    • Recruitment of staff at all levels

The Candidate

  • Previous experience as a HR administrator (Ideally within Legal)
  • An outgoing and enthusiastic personality
  • Be able to deal with employees of all seniority levels
  • Show initiative, motivation and drive
  • Proficient skills across MS Office - particularly MS Word
