I am looking for an experience Internal Recruiter to assist the HR department with a 4 - 6 week project.
Within the role you will work closely the HR Recruitment team and will be tasked with:
- Sourcing and screening candidates for vacancies across the business
- Scheduling interviews for successful candidates
- Assisting the lead recruiter with general administration tasks
To be considered you will have the proven experience within a similar recruitment resourcing role in Australia or the UK. A proactive and driven approach, as well as high levels of customer service skills are essential to be considered for this role. The consultant you will be supporting runs an extremely busy desk and therefore strong skills in time management are required.
