Based on reception, this is an exciting opportunity for a receptionist/administrator to grow their knowledge within the investment industry in a diverse role. This is an initial temporary opportunity with an immediate start with the potential the view to go permanent.
Some of your duties will include:
- Managing calls and client enquiries
- Maintaining meeting rooms and board rooms
- Property administration such as putting together contracts, formatting documents and distributing client marketing materials
To be successful in this great role you will have:
- Previous reception or administration experience
- Be confident, personable and approachable
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise a busy workload
