The Role

Working within a small team of 6, your responsibilities will include:

*    Directing phone enquiries and being the first point of contact for all clients and staff.
*    Liaise with HR to co-ordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for employees.
*    Provide administrative support to the partners and project teams.
*    Assist with financial administration such as invoices, expenses and office timesheets.
*    General office maintenance including housekeeping, stationary orders, and mail distribution.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you will have:

*    Experience within administration.
*    Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel.
*    Excellent written & verbal communication skills
*    Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting demands with timely efficiency.
*    Ability to work autonomously and have great problem solving skills.
