Reporting directly to and working closely with the operations team, you will be answering all incoming calls, meeting and greeting clients, managing general correspondence / enquiries / banking / post, data entry, organising the office and general supplies.
Key selection criteria:
- Previous Admin / Reception in a busy, fast paced hands on environment
- Intermediate / advanced MS Office skills - Excel specifically
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Hands on, can do attitude where no task is too big to tackle!
- Current QLD driver's license
- Assignment through to the end of year - but has potential for extension
- Strong supportive team culture
