This leading well-known organisation based near Parramatta is currently looking for an experienced and professional Receptionist to join their busy team. The offices are newly renovated, close to public transport and the hours are 9.30am till 5,30pm Monday to Friday for approximately 2 months.
· Reception duties
· Meeting & Greeting clients
· Answering General Enquiries
· Incoming and outgoing mail
· General admin
To be considered you will need to have:
· A minimum of 2 year's Reception experience
· A valid working with children's and police check
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
· Good computer skills - MS Office
· High attention to detail
· Positive 'can-do' attitude
· A team player
