Located near Homebush our client is looking for an experienced receptionist who's looking for a long term opportunity! Starting as a temporary employee this position will go permanent for the right person!
- Utilising your friendly and professional phone manner
- Answering the switchboard, transferring and taking messages as required
- Meeting and Greeting customers, clients and suppliers
- Making sure the reception area is kept tidy & in line with image guidelines
- Dealing with couriers & coordinating delivery times appropriately
- Ensure meeting rooms are set up, organising catering, tea & coffee when required
