People2People work with some great professional services companies across the CBD and we are currently on the hunt for an experienced receptionist to join a growing and dynamic team.

The successful applicant must be a highly motivated, flexible and reliable individual who is able to perform reception and general administration duties in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

The Role:
  • Manage switchboard
  • Greet clients and visitors
  • Manage enquiries over the phone
  • Support administration team with word processing and data entry
  • Manage meeting rooms
  • General secretarial duties
To be considered for this role you must have:
  • Excellent customer service skills and problem solving skills
  • Previous experience in a reception role
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Managed a switchboard
  • A desire to be valued member of the team
