To be successful you will have:

- An enthusiastic approach to ad hoc duties
Your duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting clients
- Responding to correspondence via phone call, email and mail
- Organisation of meeting rooms and communal spaces
- Performing ad hoc duties when required
