This Receptionist position is working within a boutique finance company located in Melbourne Eastern Suburbs

Duties will include:

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Ad hoc administration tasks as necessary
  • Provide quality and professional customer service and hospitality in person and over the phone
  • Distribution of all incoming daily mail
  • Arranging couriers to dispatch stock
  • Ordering office supplies including stationery and kitchen supplies
  • Manage and process invoices
  • Organisation of catering as requested

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience within a Receptionist, Administration position
  • Confidence liaising with a variety of stakeholders in a professional manner
  • Ability to prioritise urgent tasks
  • Proven intermediate Microsoft suite skills
  • Previous experience in accounting/financial background is desirable but not essential

The role:

  • Immediate start date - 28th of November
  • Tues - Thurs for 2 weeks
  • $25.51 per hour
  • Scoresby location
