Receptionist - Accountancy Firm

An exciting opportunity exists for a Receptionist to join a friendly accountancy firm in the trendy location of Windsor. Being the first point of contact, this role would suit a polished individual with exceptional customer service skills.


The main functions of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Answering calls and assisting with client queries
  • Meeting and greeting direct visitors
  • Handling queries from external stakeholders
  • Filing and general administrative duties
  • Data entry and data base management including maintaining and updating of project files
  • Efficient management of incoming calls
  • Ensuring all required filing is accurately and efficiently completed
