people2people are collaborating with the NSW Government who are currently seeking a full time receptionist for a 2 month assignment located in the Sydney CBD.


In this role, you will be managing the reception and switchboard in a busy NSW Government Department
  • Answering phone enquiries and transferring to appropriate staff members
  • Maintenance, organisation and booking of meeting rooms
  • Organise mail and courier services, including collections/deliveries
  • Maintaining utility rooms
  • Checking and restocking office supplies


To be eligible for this role you must have:
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced reception role
  • Experience within a Government department desirable but not essential
  • Pro-active attitude
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a high volume environment
